This small beer bar was set up over 4 years ago by the current owner. It
has many repeat customers and is located in one of Koh Chang's nightlife areas.
All fixtures and fittings are included in the sale.
The bar is pretty basic but it's functional and serves up
what the customers want - cheap beer, sports on TV, pool table and friendly
girls. Thai style sleeping accommodation for up to 20 girls is above the
bar. At the rear is a kitchen area plus bathroom and bedroom / storeroom
which could be used by the owner, plus a toilet and bathroom area.
The bar is open year round. In the high season it
usually opens mid-morning and will stay open until the last customer leaves.
The lease is on a renewable 12 month contract as are all bars in this area.
