Plots of Land for Sale or 90 year

One of the problems that anyone looking for land for a house on Koh
Chang has is that it's very hard to find. The search gets
harder when foreign buyers decide that they want to be within easy
reach of the west coast beaches and yet want peace and quiet.
Whilst the plots here aren't on the beach and don't
have sea views, they do have great views of an inland valley, are
very quiet, well priced, and can be leased to a foreign buyer
for 90 years by the seller or bought freehold through a Thai
registered company set up by the developer's lawyer.
To compensate for the absence of a beach, buyers here will have access
to the private beach and facilities at the nearby
Siam Royal View
development, where the land prices are far, far higher and buyers
are limited to a range of pre-approved designs for their houses.
Here, buyers have the freedom to either build a house to their own
specifications or contract the developers of Siam Royal View to
build a house for them in one of the styles found at that
development.
