The first condominium units at Siam Royal View went on sale in January 2007. One, Two & Three bedroom condos are available in two three-floor blocks.  In total there are only 10 condominiums available - 5 in the Forest View block and 5 in the Forest Heights block.  The 2 & 3 bedroom units have outdoor jacuzzis and a shared pool is provided for all residents.

Under Thai Law foreigners are allowed to own 49% of condominiums in a condo block on a freehold basis.  The remainder of units would have to be bought leasehold, in  Thai name or name of a Thai registered company.  As far as resale value goes, foreign buyers always prefer to buy a condo they can own freehold so resale values for units in the 'foreign quota' tend to be higher.  Allocation of units in the foreign quota will be on a 'first come, first served' basis. 

All condos are sold unfurnished, except for being equipped with airconditioners in the bedrooms and a hot water heater.
