Introduction to Siam Royal View, Chang Noi Beach, Koh Chang

Plots in Phase 1 of Siam Royal View was released to the public in mid-2006.

 

At present virtually all the beachfront plots have been sold or reserved. 

 

However, houses in the second row also offer very good value for money.  Although many second row plots are smaller than beachfront plots, the cost per sqm. is roughly 50% lower than beachfront plots.  Add to this the fact that plots are staggered so that houses on the second row will also have a sea view, and they represent good value for money. 

 

It's also worth noting that In order to preserve the sea views and open feel of the development, owners of beachfront plots are not permitted to build walls around their property.  

 

Occasionally, beachfront plots do come up for resale, therefore if you are interested in Phase 1 beachfront plots, be sure to let us know and we'll advise you as to any plots and prices that are available.

In early 2007, more beachfront plots  - south along Chang Noi beach were released, as were plots bordering on the river estuary which will allow boat owners the perfect opportunity to purchase waterfront property with private yacht moorings.

 

There are also two luxury enclaves, Peninsula Cove & Three Elephants Beach.  Peninsula Cove is accessed through a private gateway from the main development and so allows buyers far more privacy.  Three elephant Beach, located on a peninsula offers the ultimate in seclusion and the handful of homes there will be accessible only by sea.

= 3,990,000 baht + 6,450,000 baht

= 10,440,000 baht

Please note these are current prices.  If you see cheaper prices for the same home & plot they are probably out of date.

 

Please avoid agents who offer guaranteed annual rental and those who offer fitted kitchens etc as an incentive to buy as you are paying a lot for these 'incentives'!  you'll find that the buying price is up to 40% higher than it should be.
