The land is located at the rear of Klong Prao
village and is accessible by road from Klong Plu waterfall by taking a newly constructed gravel topped road
which marks the border between the National Park on one side and
farmland on the other.
Neighbouring land has recently been
bought by a couple of long term expats. The new road is designed to link klong Plu
waterfall with the smaller Klong Prao waterfall which will be
developed as a tourist attraction. (At present, this 3km long
road doesn't appear on any maps of Koh Chang)
Not really suitable for a business at this time
but if you want land for use in the future for housing or simply as an
investment then you cant really go wrong. Compare the price per
rai here with the price for similar land in Kai Bae, which is well over
double. The price is cheap as very few people know about this
easily accessible area yet.
