This resort is located on approximately 4 Rai (6,400sqm) of land by the roadside in Lonely Beach, in the heart of Koh Chang's busiest backpacker area. 

It comprises 18 single bungalows and 4 two-storey double bungalows are all ensuite and cater to travellers who appreciate some home comforts when they are on the road.  These are built around a central garden area.   Also included is staff accommodation, fully fitted kitchen, restaurant equipment etc. 

The huge roadside restaurant, bar & chillout lounge are regularly packed during high season as the resort has a reputation as the place to go to relax & chill before, and after, a night out clubbing.  Having been set up by a group of partners who were into the 'Burning Man' party scene in the US, the resort also features a fire pit where displays of fire juggling etc could be held in safety.

As none of the original partners are now able to spend time on Koh Chang to manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the resort they have reluctantly decided to sell it.

Update: Right now, mid-November 2007. the bungalows are all full.  This is a going concern that could make a lot of money if well managed.

Price: Reduced from 12 million baht to 9 million baht.  Owners need to sell as soon as possible.

Annual land rent of 540,000 baht.  There are 12 years remaining on the land lease.  An agreement is in place for the rent to be fixed at this amount, with no increases, for the remainder of the 12 year lease term.  The selling price includes all fixtures and fittings.
