Fixtures & Fittings - Having seen the show condo as it is now, all the 'white goods' are included - these are all Electrolux brand. Items included are: dishwasher, ceramic electric hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave. Plus two Samsung 32" plasma TVs, DVD and furniture - beds, sofa, dining tables, balcony furniture etc. Optional items will include mainly decorative items such as paintings, fancy lamps etc to make the place look more homely.

Rental Opportunities - By the time the first Phase is completed and people are living in the condominiums a property management service will be in place with a G.M. overseeing operations, including property rentals. This would either be organised through an independent company brought in to manage the property or by the developers themselves, this will be decided in early 2007.

Payment schedule -

- Initial payment of 100,000 baht to reserve a unit.
- 40% (less 100,00 baht) on Contact Signing - typically within 2-4 weeks of reserving the unit
- 40% when the roof is completed on the condo block
-10% upon full completion of the fully furnished condominium unit
-10% on registration at the government Land Office (within a month of the condo unit being fully completed.)
