0.5 Rai, land, leading onto Salakphet Bay.  This small plot of land is a good bet for anyone wanting to run kayak tours of Salakphet Bay or wants to moor a small boat outside or very near their house.  The land isn't directly on the bay but is at the end of a canal that was built to allow  local fishermen to moor their boats.  Public moorings are nearby and allow access to the sea at all times

Views from the plot which lies around 100 metres off the main road, are of mountain ranges inland.  However, if you head 200 metres along the canal you'll have stunning views of the bay and islands to the south of Koh Chang.  Really beautiful.  There are plans for a public area nearby, at the mouth of the canal, this would bring tourists to the area. 

The land is divided in two plots one with a Chanote title, the other is currently farmland, although the owner has applied for a Chanote title to be issued for this land.
