As with all houses built on the seabed, it has no land title.  Ownership is determined by the name on the official address book - a document that all legally built properties have.

The house would have to rebuilt, but the cost of rebuilding plus the purchase price means that you could have a nice little home in a beautiful, secluded part of the island for around 1.2 -1.5 million baht.
