The advantages to choose newly built
are many. The areas design and facilities, houses architecture
and planning design are adapted to the needs of Europeans
overseas living. The houses are modern and light, planed for
today’s life style and built with Scandinavian quality.
How is the purchase done?
We start with the location. Your first
choice is probably the most important when it comes to buying a
house. Our houses always have the best location. Choose from the
charming coast city Bangsaen, paradise beach Mae Phim or
paradise island of Koh Chang. Then you go on to pick the house
model and location on the grounds. You can contact us to get
planning design and more information regarding the house
situation. Site reservation When you decide a house and want to
secure your choice we draw up a reservation agreement. Latest
one week after that you make the fi rst partly payment/booking
fee 170.000 Baht that secure your choice, count include the
total purchase sum. If the buy is not carry out the booking fee
is not refunded. You can also book a show trip to Thailand
before you make your choice. And when you fi nd a site/house
here its easy to make a booking with our staff in Thailand.
Contract Agreement
45 days after booking, the contract
agreement will be effected and remaining part of the purchase
sum up to 50% is paid. Contract agreement is done with your
agent or on site in Thailand. When you sign the contract
agreement you will receive complete construction documents and
drawings for your house. As you have signed contracts you are
now owner of the site – leasehold and the land in Thailand as a
security for your payment.
When the property is under roof,
additional 25% is paid.
When the property is completed, additional
20% is paid.
The Final 5% payment is done when you have
approved and taken over the house/apartment. The contract that
is present at the buy is a bill of sale, a Land Lease contract
that is registered at the authorities and a maintenance contract
for community association.
Have influence on the decoration
options
We put down a lot of time to create
wellthought-out design and optimal standard style of each house.
Our architect develops whole solutions where function, color and
form harmonize. By experience we know that many wants to put
their own character on their own new house- do their own color
and equipment choice. We have an extensive choice list for each
house model where you can do your personnel choice that you
wish. These choice lists with specifications and pictures you
can find in a data base system on the internet that you have
access to when you have paid your booking fee.
Construction
After you have signed the contract you
have the possibility to follow the construction of your house
and the site via our home page for house owners or by booking a
visit in Thailand. Set up of the site (filled up and piles)
takes about 4 months. Addition to this is the construction time
for the house around 9-18 months depending on site and house
model.
Community association
Each area forms a community association
that mutual make decisions about daily questions regarding the
grounds, arrange trips, activities etc.
