If so, these plots are for you.
Around 300 metres from the
original 'Good Time' development
lies a 10 Rai
(16,000sqm) plot of land which will be reserved buyers who are
looking for more privacy and a private area of land that can be left
as jungle or they can landscape themselves to suit their own tastes.
As with the other houses these will be
constructed of concrete, red brick and teak wood with terracotta
roof tiles.
Two designs of house can be built here -
the Large Villas or the Family Villas, no bungalows are allowed.
Each house will sit on approximately 1 Rai of land. Part of
this land will remain as uncleared jungle to provide a natural
border between houses. The remainder will be sold with the
house. Buyers can decide how much land they require as their
own 'private' space over and above the 500sqm which is included with
the selling price. Additional land is priced at around 20,000
Euros for 800sqm.
This land can't be used to build another house
on by the owner but can be landscaped, used for a private swimming
pool etc. The exact
size and specifications of each villa and plot size will be tailored to suit individual
buyer's requirements.
There will be a maximum of 10 houses on this land.
Five plots have already been sold. A communal swimming pool
will also be built which is for the use of the residents of these 10
houses only. In addition a 400 metre long, 3 metre wide access
road will be built from the land direct to the beach road, joining
the road around 40 metres from the beach itself. This will be
private and only for use by residents of this development.
The large villas built here will be priced at
95,000 - 105,000 Euros. The standard version of the villa
is the cheapest and a 'Plus' version which can be built in one of
two options.
1) To include additional enclosed living areas
and less open air space, therefore making the house more suited to
year round living.
2), To be built on taller supports for better
views and to allow an additional bedroom, office etc to be built at
ground level.
The bigger Family Villas are priced at
around 150,000 Euros with additional charges for any
alterations, adaptations etc required by the buyer.
All these houses
will all have uninterrupted views across the sea towards the south east, south &
south west. With the islands of Koh Kood & Koh Rayang easily
visible.
Houses can be customised to suit owners
specifications & construction is guaranteed to take around 9
months from the date contracts are signed.
The seller will also, if the buyer wishes, help rent out the house to
visitors to the island. His staff would clean and maintain the
property in the owners absence and rental income would be shared.

restaurant
Land can either be bought freehold,
through a Thai registered company, or leased for 90 years by a foreign
buyer with no need for company set-up.
