a Thai registered company set up by the foreign buyer, leasehold on
a 90 year lease drawn up by a Bangkok based law firm or freehold
under a Thai name.

furnished including teak wood furniture, kitchen equipment, DVD
player & TV, bed linen, towels etc etc for an additional charge
depending on the buyers requirements
Payment schedule: 30% at contract
signing, 50% when the roof is completed, 10% upon completion.
