One house of this size is currently under construction in the Good Time Development.  As with other houses it is built on concrete supports, which allows for a large amount of storage space under the house if required.  The teak upper floor has been completed whilst the brick interior and outer walls on the ground floor have yet to be put in place.  The exact interior layout, position of windows etc can be decided by the buyer.

These villas can be bought freehold via a Thai registered company set up by the foreign buyer, leasehold on a 90 year lease drawn up by a Bangkok based law firm or freehold under a Thai name.

These villas can be bought fully furnished including teak wood furniture, kitchen equipment, DVD player & TV, bed linen, towels etc etc for an additional charge depending on the buyers requirements

Payment schedule: 30% at contract signing, 50% when the roof is completed, 10% upon completion.
