drive south of the ferry piers on the east coast of Koh Chang. The
access track runs from the main road past a couple of locals' houses and ends

The 2 Rai plots each have approximately 35m of
frontage onto the sea and are approx. 95m
deep. The 4 Rai plot has an NS3K title which is soon to be updated to Chanote.
Electricity, telephone line and water supply can all
easily be connected to these plots. Water comes from the supply for
the area which is provided by the government. (No need to dig a well
here as a public water tower is near the rear of the land.)
Amenities such as local shops, restaurants
are a 10 minute walk away in the village, Koh Changs police HQ is also
nearby.
The land has mostly been filled in ready for building.
However there is still a large rice paddy, you can see rice still growing in
it, on one of the 2 Rai plots and also the 4 Rai plot, this would need to be
drained & filled in before any building can commence.
The 'beach' is a mix of rough, firm red sand and small
stones. It's easy to walk on, the sea here is clear and very shallow.
The owner lives on Koh Chang year round and any
negotiations can be carried out direct with him.
