The developer of Baan Talay Thai, a small luxury housing development on the scenic, peaceful east coast of Koh Chang has kindly allowed the pick of the remaining plots in the development to be advertised on this site.

Sweet Construction is an American property firm based in California.  However, several years ago the Director Bruce Sweet saw the potential of Koh Chang and acquired a secluded plot of land on the east coast of the island which was earmarked for development. This 7 Rai (11,200sqm) plot will be the site for development of 12 homes, designed in a modern tropical style combining the amenities of open-plan living with tropical aesthetics.

Construction of the first houses began in July 2007, with an expected completion date of mid 2008.  A couple of construction photos taken by myself are below.

The Site

The site is located around 10 minutes drive south of the ferry piers, within easy reach of the local village of Dan Mai.
