Due to personal reasons the British
expat owner of this small house has to return home. His small house,
which he had built a year ago is therefore reluctantly available for sale or for long
term rent.
The house sits on 600sqm of land and is
bordered by the Klong Plu river. A local elephant camp uses the track on the
opposite side of the river - about 50 metres away for elephant trekking - so
from the large verandah you get a view of elephants walking past
several times a day. No traffic noise, some Thai & expat neighbours
nearby and local restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.
Downstairs the house has a kitchen
area, covered parking pace and very large washroom / toilet. Upstairs
is a large open sided balcony that can be used as living & dining space,
plus a bathroom and two rooms. One is used as a bedroom, the other as
a small office at present - but could be used as a second bedroom. The upper
floor is built of hardwood. The roof is waterproof, the grass thatch
hides a normal tiled roof.
Water, electricity and cable TV are all
connected. A phone line has been applied for and should be installed
soon.
Price: Rent the house fully furnished on
a 6 or 12 month contract. Monthly rental is 12,000 baht/month for long
term contract.
Alternatively, Buy the property for 1,700,000 Baht - including all furniture and land rent paid
until 2017. Your only outgoings will be your utility bills.
