It isn't easy to find small plots of roadside land for sale.  A lot of the land is still in the hands of locals who prefer to rent the land rather than sell it.  Therefore, this small plot, which is located only a stones throw from half a dozen resorts including two of the islands best resorts - Amari Emerald Cove and The Dewa Resort.
